First Bay by Mosaic Constructions

First Bay comprises two separate buildings that vary in product style, price and finish. First Bay has 36 apartments across the two buildings and is fully equip with resort pool, sun deck, surf board and bike storage, beach entry with shower. KKC was awarded the electrical contract and was completed in 2021.
